The Rock My Jeans Challenge is scientifically designed to have our participants in pants sizes 1-2 sizes smaller. The challenge includes: 4 Training Sessions per week, Nutrition Planning, Food Journal Review, AND MUCH, MUCH MORE!!!
We’ll get you in your jeans in the short term, while changing your life for the long term!
Challenge Dates: April 1st – May 24th
Challenge Kick off: Friday, March 29th (initial weigh-in and assessments)
Challenge Wrap Up: Friday, May 24th (final weigh-in and assessments)

What size jeans should I bring?
We recommend that you bring a pair of jeans that are 1-2 sizes too small. The challenge is 8 weeks long, so we want to set a challenging but realistic goal.
What am I committing to?
We recommend that challenge participants attend four weekly training sessions. We expect participants to attend all weigh-ins. Each participant will be given a detailed description of challenge guidelines along with important dates prior to starting the challenge. When you start the training sessions, we’ll ask that you pledge your commitment to the challenge and to hold yourself accountable!
What sort of nutritional guidance will I receive?
Each participant will receive a food journal that will be submitted for review on a weekly basis (or more often depending on evaluation). Participants will be given a meal schedule/plan.
Can I quit the challenge and request a refund?
As is standard CORE policy, there are no refunds. We want you to be consistent and meet your goals and take the challenge seriously. Change your body… transform your life!
